【摘要】 <正> AIM: To investigate whether the aquaporin-1 (AQR-1) geneexpression can be regulated by acetazolamide, a carboincanhydrase inhibitor in rat kidney. Carbonic anhydrase inhibitor isone of the diuretics with the site of action on renal proximaltubules.
