Hydrochlorothiazide was seleted as internal standard.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Novapak C18 (5 um, 3. 9x150 mm id)column, 0. 0075mol/L NaH2PO4(pH4. 0): MeOH(4:1) as eluent and UV 320um detector.The linear range was 0. 625~60 mg/L recovery was 99. 9% and HSD was 1. 5% (n=6).
