【摘要】 由于社会经济的发展，流动儿童和超生儿童数难以掌握，用报告接种率作为工作中的监测指标不太符合实际情况。为此，采用常规免疫接种报告、小样本抽样调查、用建卡率估算实际接种率、以计算Ｒ比值评价常规报表中的数据进行综合评估，结果１９９８ 年贵州省四种疫苗报告接种率分别为卡介苗（ＢＣＧ）８８－１％ ，口服脊髓灰质炎（脊灰） 疫苗（ＯＰＶ）９２－８％ ，百白破混合制剂（ＤＰＴ）９３－３％ ，麻疹疫苗（ＭＶ）９２－０ ％ 。抽样调查的卡片接种率为ＢＣＧ９８－１ ％ ，ＯＰＶ９４－２％ ，ＤＰＴ９１－０％ ，ＭＶ９１－９ ％ 。按７９－０％ 的建卡率来估算全省报告接种率和调查卡片接种率结果为ＢＣＧ６９－６％ 、７７－５％ ；ＯＰＶ７３－３％ 、７４－４％ ；ＤＰＴ７３－７％ 、７１－９％ ；ＭＶ７２－７％ 、７２－４ ％ ，说明我省１９９８ 年四种疫苗的实际接种率大约在７０％ 左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the development of social economics, the mobile population and children out of birth control were hard to handle, so the reported vaccination rate which is regarded as the surveillance marker dose not accord with the actual situation. Therefore, we adopted the methods including routine vaccination reports, small sampling investigation and established vaccination cards to estimate the actual vaccination rate and finally a comprehensive evaluation from data of routinely reporting forms were made by R ratio. A survey was conducted. In Guizhou Province, the reported vaccination rates of four vaccines in 1998 were 88.1%, 92.8%, 93.3% and 92.0% for BCG, OPV, DPT and MV respectively. Based on the sampling survey, the Vacination rates by cards were 98.1%, 94.2%, 91.0% and 91.9% for BCG, OPV, DPT and MV respectively. If based on 79.0% vaccination card establishing rate, the vaccination rates by reporting or cards in the whole province were 69.6%, 77.5% for BCG; 73.3%, 74.4% for OPV; 73.7%, 71.9% for DPT and 72.7%, 72.4% for MV, this indicated that in 1998 the actual vaccination rates of four vaccines were around 70%.更多还原
