BF4-废水水解法实验

【摘要】 常温下用水解法处理BF4废水.实验采用铝盐作主水解剂,试剂A作助水解剂,pH值小于3,在常温条件下实现了对BF4的高效水解.研究结果表明,BF4∶Al3+∶A的质量比为1∶0.8∶0.1,水解时间6~3h,水解率达到99.5%以上.使用助水解剂A,缩短了水解时间,减少了铝盐用量,对高浓度的BF4废水效果尤为显著,水解时间可缩短一半,主水解剂用量可减少1/5,处理后出水中的BF4含量可降到10mg/L以下.

【Abstract】 In this paper, a hydrolysis treatment method of tetrafluorboric anion waste water at normal temperature is discussed. In experiments, aluminum salt was used as main hydrolyst and reagent A as assistant hydrolyst. At normal temperature, with acidity less than 3, highly efficient hydrolysis of tetrafluorboric anion was achieved. The results showed that with mass ratio 1:0.8:0.1 of BF 4 : Al 3+ : A and hydrolysis time 3~6h, the hydrolysis rate reached 99.5 per cent or above, and assistant reagent A could shorten the hydrolysis time and cut down the adding amount of aluminum salt. Especially, when applied on tetrafluorboric anion waste water of high concentration,, the method could obtain a desirable effect. The hydrolysis time could be reduced a half and the amount of main hydrolyst could be shortened 1/5. While BF 4 concentration in output water could be decreased to less than 10mg/L.
