【Abstract】 This paper has applied the power flow tracing methodology to allocate the fixed cost for transmission network. The tracing method in meshed transmission networks is applied to both active and reactive power flows. A lossless transmission line is resulted from splitting the line and introducing a fictitious “line node " in the middle. The charges for access on transmission network can be allocated based on the network nodal generation or load.更多还原
