RP1003型中速磨立式离心复合抗磨辊套的研制

【摘要】 分析了ＲＰ１００３型中速磨辊套的失效形式，研究确定了抗磨辊套的抗磨合金成分和立式离心复合铸造生产工艺，为ＲＰ１００３型中速磨抗磨辊套的生产提供了一条新路。

【Abstract】 Abstract The failure mode of roller cover of RP1003 type medium speed mills is analyzed,and the antiabrasive alloy composition of antiabrasive roller cover and the vertical type centrifugal composite casting technology are studied and determined,proposing a new way for fabrication of antiabrasive roller cover of RP1003 type medium speed mills.
