【Abstract】 Since Nantong City of Jiangsu Province carried out MCH Guarantee and Compensation for 10 years, they have strengthened the leadership,perfected the management mechanism, strengthened the construction of rules and regulations, perfected the measurement of management, strengthened the standardize management, exercised effective supervision with regard to service quality and finances management, this work has got onto the programmed automatic, standardize and scientific track.
