【Abstract】 A capacitance transducer with two plates is stated . By using electrostatic principle, the electric field is changed when obstacle or workpiece close to the transducer, thus the proximity of the measured object is obtained. The principle is analyzed and discussed in detail in the paper and the preliminary test result is given.更多还原
