【摘要】 为了解锡山市居民中糖尿病的流行情况,依据“中国糖尿病流行特征的研究”项目操作指南.按照分层抽样原则,调查锡山市4个点共2083人.结果显示:20岁以上居民糖尿病的粗患病率和标化患病率分别为3.74%和3.60%,糖耐量低减的粗检出率3.79%,标化检出率3.64%,40岁以上人群糖尿病患病率和糖耐量低减检出率分别是<40岁人群的3.80倍和2.35倍.提示40岁以上人群是糖尿病的高风险人群.更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the epidemic situation of Diabetes Mellitus of Xishan residents ,according to item as manipulation guide of "Research on epidemic features of DM in Chma"and the principle of stratified sampling,we investigated 2 083 cases at 4 places in Xishan City. The result shows that crude prevalence rate is 3.74% and the standardized prevalence rate is 3. 60% in residents older than 20 years,the test rate of IGT is 3.79% and 3. 64% , this result is similar to that of other areas in China.but significantly higher than that of census in countryside people of Zhangjin town which is located in northern city.更多还原
