【Abstract】 OBJECTive the purpose was to prepare puerarin eyedrops, and to evaluate its property. METHODS: The best preparation of the puerarin eyedrops by with orthogonal experiment design was prepared, and its quality standard was established. The toxicological test and the stability test of the puerarin eyedrops were studied too. RESULTS: The preparation is stable, and it is not irritative. CONCLUSIONS: The designed formulation of the puerarin eyedrops is rational, and the procedure is simple to fit industrial producttion.更多还原
