【摘要】 目的应用眼外肌显微睫状前血管分离术在治疗31例复杂和特殊类型斜视手术中的效果。方法在需行二条以上眼外肌手术时，行睫状血管分离术，保留睫状前血管，手术一次完成。结果31例随访6月～3年，未发现眼前段缺血。结论眼外肌显微睫状前血管分离术，解决了眼肌方面高难度又不能一次手术的难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To evaluate the effects of anterior ciliary vessels separation in operation of complicated and special strabimas on 31 cases. Methods Over 2 rectus muscle was once operated with anterior ciliary vessels sep arated and reserved.Results After 6 months to 3 years follow-upP, the an terior segment ischemia was not occured. Conclusion In treatment of complicated and special strabismas with anterior ciliary artery separated and reserved,the anterior segment ischemia was avoidable.更多还原
