【摘要】 云南烟草丛枝症病害是经烟蚜和烟盲蝽传染的病毒病， 在 “治虫防病”为主的防治技术的基础上， 本文研究网罩隔离技术培养无毒烟苗应用于大田控制病害的方法， 并进行一定面积的技术示范工作， 结果表明： 网罩隔离育苗在田间成功地培育出无毒烟苗， 病苗率为０２３ ％ ～３６ ％ ， 较对照下降约７５ ％ ～９５ ％ ， 移栽后结合优质烟栽培技术， 封顶时烤烟的田间发病率为２ ～５ ％ ， 说明以无毒苗应用技术为核心、辅之介体控制和病苗拔除等技术的综合防治体系能够有效和稳定地控制烟草丛枝症病害的危害．更多还原

【Abstract】 The tobacco witches’ broom symptom diseases in Yunnan are the virus disease infected by Myzus persicae and Cyrtopeltis tenuis . Based on the prevention technique of “killing insects to prevent disease”, the non virus tobacco seedlings cultivated in the isolated net have been used in the field to control the disease.This technique has also been demonstrated in a certain area.As a result, the non virus tobacco seedling have been successfully cultivated in the isolated net The disease rate of the seeding is 0 23%～3 6%, comparatively reduced 75%～95%.The non virus seedlings were transplanted in the field with the help of the excellent tobacco cultivating technique.The disease rate in the field is 2%～5% when the tobacco becomes mature.This shows the tobacco witches’ broom symptom diseases can be effectively controlled by applying the comprehensive prevention system, which include the core method of non virus seedling application, the control of immunisin, and the extricating of the disease seedings.更多还原
