一种解毒健脾中药与Cd2+的配位化学研究

【摘要】 报道了一种解毒健脾中药的表观酸离解常数的测定结果，以ｐＨ 滴定法测得了该中药与Ｃｄ２＋配合物的稳定常数，并探讨了该中药的驱镉解毒机理

【Abstract】 A pH potentiometric titration method has been used to determine the acid dissociation constants of one traditional antidotal Chinese medicine.The stability constants of the complexes of this medicine with Cd 2+ at 38.5℃ and ionic strength I=0.1 has also been determined.The mechanism of Cd 2+ excretion and detoxification of thismedicine was discussed.
