【Abstract】 Urethane precondensate Qingning TPT is a chemical gelling material for such oilfield operations as water shutoff, profile modification, and channellings sealing in oil production and water injection wells. Its applications are restricted owing to fast reaction with water. Two modified urethane precondensates with all reactive -NCO end groups terminated are prepared: oil soluble, OTPT, and water soluble, WTPT. The OTPT in aqueous emulsion prepared with a surfactant under an appropriate catalyst at elevated temperatures and the WTPT in aqueous solution under an appropriate catalyst(at lower temperatures) or inhibitor (at higher temperatures) can be activated at least after 2 hrs to form strong and elastic gels. WTPT can be used as crosslinker for emulsion type PAM in aqueous solution.更多还原
