【摘要】 目的　探讨改进设计额部预扩张皮瓣的应用效果。方法　根据皮瓣修复部位，对额前主要供血支部分结扎阻断，保留选用的轴型血管蒂，强化皮瓣扩张及延迟效应，除额正中皮瓣用于鼻再造纵向切取设计外，选用额上区皮瓣转移，供区直接闭合。应用１０ 例。结果　１０ 块额部扩张皮瓣转移完全存活，随访６ 个月～７ 年３ 个月，修复功能形态恢复满意，供区病损小。结论　调控额部预扩张皮瓣供血及结合选用额上区皮瓣转移是增进临床修复与再造的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the effect of the modified expanded forehead skin flap. Methods\ Ligating the arteries which are not selected as the pedicle artery of the flap to enhance the expansion and delay effect according to the defect repaired. Except for the vertical incision of the middle forehead shin flap reconstructing the nasal defect, the transverse incision of the upper area of the forehead flap was made with the donor areas sutured directly, thus resulting in small change of the donor areas. Results\ 10 flaps survived completely with good appearance and function during 6 months to 7 years and 3 months follow up. Conclusion\ The method of modulating the blood supply of the modified flap, together with selecting the upper area of the flap is a more effective way of reconstructing defect.更多还原
