【摘要】 目的研究白芍总苷对缺血心肌的保护作用。方法采用常压耐缺氧小鼠存活时间，夹闭小鼠气管法和垂体后叶素引起家兔心肌缺血用计算机检测心功能变化等方法。结果白芍总苷能明显延长常压缺氧小鼠存活时间，明显改善垂体后叶素引起家兔缺血心肌的心功能，延长夹闭小鼠气管致心电消失的时间，且剂量依赖性。结论白芍总苷能有效对抗心肌缺血。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the protective effects of total glucosides of pacony root(TGP) on acute myocardial ischemia. METHODS The mean survival time of hypoxia under normal pressure, the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign after clamping the trachea in mice and the experimental myocardial ischemia was induced by injection of pituitrin(2 5 U·kg -1 ) iv in rabbits. The left ventricular function was measured by the computer. RESULTS TGP markedly prolonged the survial time in hypoxia and varied left ventricular function in dose dependent manner. CONCLUSION TGP can antagonise the myocardial ischemia effectively.更多还原
