【Abstract】 This paper selects the evaluating indexes by means of factor analysis. Then it gives the evaluation structure system and determines the index weights by AHP. After that, the paper sets up the model of fuzzy optimum seeking analysis and obtains the subordination of each evaluating object in order to make synthetical judgments. With the abovementioned method, we can evaluate the scientific research standard of the scientific and technical personnel in certain enterprise and achieve good results.更多还原
