【Abstract】 Temperature influence on wearing quality of engine valve seat was studied by experiment, especially the creep-fatigue destroying mechanism at high temperature was analysed. The research results reveal: the failure of the contact surface of the valve seat is mainly the fatigue slight crack and the creep-sliding. The creep-sliding speeds up the wear of valve seat at high temperature.5figs.,2tabs.,5refs.
