【摘要】 为评价输精管绝育对人群远期健康影响，了解绝育术与恶性肿瘤死亡率的关系。采用三年一次性回顾和两年随访的历史前瞻方法，对绝育术开展早、绝育率高、平均绝育期长、我国食道癌高发区的四川盐亭县进行了男性25岁以上绝育与未绝育人员恶性肿瘤五年死亡率的对比研究。结果表明，两组人群恶性肿瘤死亡率为326．41／10万及365．16／10万，其中40～70岁年龄段分别为39．35／10万及648．38／10万，绝育组均低于未绝育组，差异有显著性。绝育不增加恶性肿瘤死亡危险性，相反具有“保护作用”（OR＝0．89，95％CI为0．82～0．98），两组各类肿瘤死因顺位完全相同．均以食道癌占第一位．食道癌是两组人群显示死亡差异和保护作用的主要疾病，而其余如肝、肺、前列腺等肿瘤则未见差别有显著性。故结论支持绝育术不影响人群远期健康的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the long-term effects of sterilization by vasectomy on men’s health in general and on the mortality of malignant tumor. A historical prospective study of a three-years retrospective investigation and two years fallow-up onmalignant tumor mortality between sterilized and non-sterilized men over 25 years was carried out in Yanting County,Sichuan,China. Where there is a hign of vasectomy and long average duration since vasectomy and this county is well-known for itsesophageal cancer in China. The result showed that the cancer mortality of two groups were 326.41 and 365.16 per ten thousandsand for People of 40-70 years old 390. 35 and 648. 35 per ten thousands prespectively. So the mortality rate of sterilized groupwere much lower than that of the non-sterilized and the difference is significant. The risk of death is not increased by sterilization.in contrast,it has some protective effect (OR= 0. 89, 95 %CI=0.82-0.98). In both group the death causing cancers was identicalwith esophageal cancer in the first place. Therefore the esophageal cancer is the most important one which causes the mortalities’ssignificance and show protective. In other carcinomas, such as lung. liver and prostate cancer no significant difference was revealed. Thus,present survey supports the viewpoint that sterilization by vasectomy does not influence the men’s health in the remote future.更多还原
