【摘要】 目的　为了研究含氟充填材料能否长期稳定释放氟而发挥抗龋效能,本文观察了玻璃离子水门汀和含氟复合树脂在用含氟牙膏处理前后两个时期的释氟情况。方法　第一阶段,将玻璃离子水门汀和含氟复合树脂各6 个标本,分别浸泡于去离子水中,测定其在不同时间氟的释放量;第二阶段,用含氟牙膏处理各标本后,再测定其在不同时间氟的释放量。结果　当这两种含氟充填材料释氟水平降低后,用含氟牙膏处理,其释放量明显回升,并保持平稳释放状态。结论　含氟充填材料具有吸收和再释放氟的特性。这种稳定释放的氟源的存在更具抗龋意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the fluoride release and uptake characteristics of a glass ionomer cement and a fluoride composite resin.Methods In the first period,each test specimen was immersed in 2 ml deionized water and the fluoride level released was tested over 24 days following the designed timetable.In the second period,all of the specimens were brushed with fluoridated toothpaste for 10 minutes after every measurement.Results The fluoride release of rhe two brands increased,after brushed with fluoridated toothpaste.Conclusion The fluoride flling materials could act as a fluoride source from the dentifrice for subsequent fluoride release.更多还原
