【摘要】 目的：研究硬质耳模在助听器调节中的作用。方法：在其它条件不变的情况下，对同一耳不同长度的耳模，改变其声孔、气孔形状、口径及加用阻尼等进行测量，并对其声学特性进行分析。结果：通过调节耳模的特性可改善助听器的频响效果，还能避免声反溃。结论：选配助听器同时注意硬质耳膜的科学选配更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of hard earmould in the regulation of hearing aid .Methods: We conducted comparative studies on the acoustic property including frequency response affected by different sizes, length of the sound bore, vent of hard earmould.Results:Earmould not only can prevent the hearing aid drop and feed back, but also make the patient feel comfortable and increase the hearing aid effect by improving the acoustic property of hearing aid. Conclusion:Audiological material and rehabilitation practice demonstrated that earmould play an important role in fitting hearing aid.更多还原
