【Abstract】 Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM) is a kind of versatile measuring instrument.The measurement uncertainties of CMM for different tasks are different.Length measurement uncertainty is an approximate method for the traceability of CMM, and the task related calibration is the final way to solve this problem.The National Institute of Metrology suggests its own traceability idea under the present condition.更多还原
