驳“有限主权论”及“民族国家的终结”

【摘要】 近年来，国际事务的变化，对他国事务的干涉，使国际法和国际政治所赖以存在的主权国家、民族国家等概念再次受到质疑，国家主权论在国际事务实践中遭遇严重挑战。

【Abstract】 This article discusses the new challenges confronted the present world as a result of the rough interference into other sovereign state affairs in the international context.
