【摘要】 本研究应用针刺后溪穴治疗面肌抽搐１７５例（治疗组），与穴位注射维生素Ｂ_１２治疗４５例作对照观察。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 ９８． ８％和 ７５． ６％，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗结果表明：病程短，治愈率高，病程长，治愈率低。另外，经随访还发现：病程短，复发率低，病程长，复发率高。本治疗方法独特，损伤小，疗效好，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 The curative effect and mechanism of facial spasm treated by acupuncture at Houxi point were studied. 220 cases of facial spasm were divided randomly into treatment and control groups, 175 cases were treated by puncturing Houxi point and 45 cases were treated with acupoint injection of Vitamin B₁₂. Result: The total effective rate （98.8% ） in the treatment group was much better than that （75. 6 % ） in the control group, P < 0. 01. Results indicated that the shorter the course of disease, the higher the cure rate; the longer the course of disease, the lower the cure rate. Besides, the follow-up ob- servation indicated that the shorter the course of disease, the lower the recurrence rate; the longer the course of disease, the higher the recurrence rate. The acupuncture at Houxi point for treatment of facial spasm is a unique method, and has a good curative effect.更多还原
