【摘要】 为了便于采取综合措施控制性病的流行和蔓延,调查了77个有关性病诊疗科室及其181名医生的服务质量。结果显示,省、市级医院的服务质量比区级医院和个体诊所好。但是在疫情报告、隔离消毒、宣传教育等方面仍然存在着不同程度的问题。医生的服务质量与所在医院的级别有关,同一级别医院中医生的服务质量与职称无关。个体诊所数量多,所诊治的性病患者的绝对数量不容忽视,加强对其管理极为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 To control the epidemic and spread of the sexually transmitted diseases, the service quality of 77 STD clinics and 182 doctors was investigated. The results showed that the service quality of the clinics of province and city was better than that of district and private clinics. But there were still some constraints on epidemic report, isolation, sterilization and propaganda. The service quality of the doctors was related to the grade of the clinic, not to their title in the same grade clinic. There are a number of private clinics, in which a lot of STD patiens are treated so that the management to the private clinics must be strengthened.更多还原
