【摘要】 对妊娠前及妊娠初期的雌性小白鼠采用腹腔注射的方法进行氯化汞染毒， 并检查氯化汞对雌性小鼠妊娠状况及胚胎发育的影响． 实验结果表明： 氯化汞对小鼠的妊娠及胚胎发育均有影响． 随着氯化汞剂量的增加， 妊娠母鼠的流产率、延迟着床率以及吸收胚率、死胎率均随之增加， 且胎鼠畸形及畸形严重程度亦随之增加更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of mercuric chloride on the pregnancy and embryo development of female mouse by abdomen injection was observed.The results showed that mercuric chloride has effect on the pregnancy and development of mouse with the increase of dosage,the rate of abortion,implantation,absorption and death of embryo all increase,and the rate and the degree of malformation also strengthen.更多还原
