【摘要】 阐述了当数据存在统计扰动时 ,DEA模型 C2 GS2就是一种随机线性规划模型 ,并证明了其最优值分布的无缺陷性

【Abstract】 This paper indicates:when the statistic data including an impact of some stochastic. factors. DEA model C 2GS 2 becomes a kind of stochastic linear programming model, meanwhile, this paper proves the distribution of its optimum value——V is "not flaw", that is to say, the probability of case -∞<V<+∞ is equal to one.
