【摘要】 采用塑膜温室在陕北饲养艾维茵肉仔鸡，农户规模化大群生产。于４２、４９ 、５６ 日龄随机抽样，测定其肉用生长性能、屠宰率及羽毛、血液等副产品资源量，并对内脏器官和胴体进行分离分割测定。结果表明，应用温室微生态因子综合调控技术大群生产，５６ 日龄体重达２．３２ ｋｇ，料重比２ ．１２∶１，育成率９５ ．７６ ％ ，每只鸡盈利１ ．９０ 元。４２ 、４９ 和５６ 日龄，屠宰率分别为８９ ．９２ ％ 、９０．６８％ 和９０．８３％ ，差异不显著；腹脂率随饲养周龄增加显著提高（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ；胸腿率分别为４９ ．４３％ 、４９．９４％ 和５０．２２％ ；内脏器官中可食用部分所占比率分别为６３ ．６９％ 、６７ ．９６％ 和６８．６４ ％ 。５６ 日龄屠宰副产品资源量占其活重的比率为１２ ．０２％ ，其中羽毛２ ．８９ ％ ，血液２ ．４７ ％ ，内脏４ ．１７ ％ ，头２ ．４９％ 。干血粉产品率为２６．３０ ％ 。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has studied a number of properties of AVIAN broiler raising in plastics hothouse of the north area of Shaanxi Province.The results included the property of meat ,resources of slaughter by products,the ratio relationship of interal organs weight,etc.It provided scientific parameters for laying down normal production rules,product standard, and for examing quality of the meat product in butcher line.The reasonable exploitation and utilization of the resources of slaghter by products were also suggested.更多还原
