【Abstract】 To determine the amounts of Zn.Cu.Ca and the ratio of Cu/Zn in perilymph of innerear in foetus, the quantitative assay was made withelectrolysis and chemiluminescence. The normal reference values of three elements in perilymph of human inner ear were mentioned and a microanalysismethod was established to determine the perilymph.It was suggested that the microanalysis method wasmore sensitive and reliable, at the same time, putforward a reference standard for diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss.更多还原
