共混聚乙烯/炭黑复合温敏材料特性的研究
Electrical and Physical Properties of Polyethylene/Carbon Black Composites as Influence by Different Matrix Mixtures
【摘要】 研究线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)分别与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行共混改性后,对聚乙烯/炭黑复合正温度系数(PTC)材料特性的影响.试验表明:LLDPE与HDPE共混可形成共晶结构,而LDPE与HDPE共混后存在两种结晶结构,用LLDPE改性HDPE,可使复合材料的机械物理性能大大改善,又不太影响其PTC特性,是实现复合PTC材料实用化的一条有效途径.
【Abstract】 The PTC (positive temperature coefficient) properties of different polyethylene mixtures/carbon black composite are investigated in this paper. Experiments show that the LLDPE (line low density polyethylene) and HDPE (high density polyethylene) composite can form a cocrystalline structure, and two types of crystalline structure exist in the composite of LDPE (low density polyethylene) and HDPE. The mechanical and physical properities of polyethylene/carbon black composite are improved by adding LLDPE in HDPE, and the composite remains well behaved in PTC properties.
