乙二胺与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯反应产物的FTIR研究
FTIR Spectral Study of Reaction Products of Ethylene Diamine and Dibutyl Phthalate as Epoxy Additives
【摘要】 在环氧树脂粘接实践中,发现添加剂乙二胺(En)与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)会反应生成淡黄色固体,它对环氧树脂仍有固化和降低脆性的作用.FTIR光谱研究证实此固体为仲酰胺类化合物,表明通常被认为对环氧树脂惰性的增塑剂或稀释剂DBP与En发生亲核取代反应,并转变为活性的增韧剂.
【Abstract】 A light yellow solid could be formed by the reaction of ethylene diamine (En) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) as epoxy additives. Solidification is maintained while fragility is reduced. FTIR spectrometry confirms that it is a secondary amid. The plastifier or diluent DBP was regarded as an inert substance to the epoxy resin.Nucleophilically was substituted by En and transfroms to a toughner for the epoxy.
