红外成象检测中的缺陷大小评估
EVALUATION OF DEFECT SIZE IN INFRARED IMAGING TESTING
【摘要】 利用数值方法求解复杂边界条件下三维非稳态的导热方程,并依此对红外成象技术用于金属管内壁腐蚀检测进行了计算机模拟.对检测中判别缺陷大小及最小可检测缺陷的影响因素等作了详细的理论研究.
【Abstract】 Numerical method was applied to solve the dynamic 3D heat conductivity equation under the condition of complicated boundaries. Computer simulation was presented for the application of infrared imaging technique to the corrosion detection of the inside wall of metal tubes. Theoretical study on the evaluation of defect size and the factors affected the detectabilitv of minimum defects was carried out.
