钢液喂CaSi变质Al2O3夹杂的热力学计算

【摘要】 利用热力学数据和天津钢管公司实际生产数据，经热力学计算，得到钢液喂Ｃａ 生成易上浮排除的液态钙、铝复合夹杂，钢中ＣａＡｌ 比必须满足［ ％ Ａｌ］２／［ ％ Ｃａ］３ ＜ １．９８×１０５ 。

【Abstract】 Using the thermodynamic data and the practical data of Tianjin Steel Pipe Co, the relation of calcium \| aluminium in steel :[%Al]\+2/[%Ca]\+3 < 1.98x10\+5, that was available to form liquid calcium aluminate inclusion to float up, was obtained by thermodynamic calculation as the molten steel was fed CaSi core wire.
