银杏叶挥发性成分的化学研究
CHEMICAL STUDIES ON VOLATILE CONSTITUENTS OF GINKGO BILOBA L. LEAVES
【摘要】 本文首次对银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)叶挥发性成分进行了研究报道.从新采集的银杏叶中经常压水蒸馏制得浅黄色粮油,通过GC和GC-MS等技术从中鉴定出67种成分,其中主要成分为十六酸(23.48%),雪松脑(15.19%),6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五酮(10,89%),邻苯二甲酸丁醇异丁醇二酯(9.99%),十四酸(3.91%),α-雪松烯(2.69%),橙花叔醇(1.95%)和β-桉叶醇(1.29%)等.
【Abstract】 In this paper,we firstly reported that chemical studies on volatile constituents of Ginkgo bilo-ba L. leaves. The yellow volatile oil made from fresh Ginkgo leaves by water-distillation was analyzed and determined by GC and GC-MS. The volatile oil included 67 chemical constituents, which mainly were Hexadecanoic acid (23. 48%), Cedrol (15.19%), 6, 10, 14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (10. 89%), 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,butyl 2-methylpropyl ester (9. 99%) ,Tetradecanoic acid (3. 91%),α-cedrene(2. 69%),Nerolidol (1. 95%) and β-eudesmol(1. 29%) etc.
