【摘要】 目的：通过回顾性分析金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎，探讨其特征性Ｘ线表现。方法：观察与分析经细菌学检查证实的２３ 例金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎Ｘ线及临床资料。结果：主要Ｘ线表现为肺内炎性浸润、肺气囊或肺脓肿８ 例；胸膜病变１２ 例。结论：多发肺脓肿、肺气囊为金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的特征性Ｘ线表现。若肺内炎性浸润或胸膜病变与肺气囊同时存在可以明确诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the X ray diagnosis ability of staphylococcal pneumonia and provide a well comprehension for it. Methods:The clinical symptom and X ray findings in 23 cases with staphylococcal pneumonia were retrosectively analysed. Results:All cases had been confirmed by bacterial cultures of blood, sputum or cerebral spinal fluid in which staphylococci were positive. Chest X ray showed multi focal exudative lesions, pneumatoceles or abscesses. 12 from 23 patients had pleural lesion. Conclusion:The pneumatoceles are typical signs of staphylococcal pneumonia on radiographs. The diagnosis of staphylococcal pneumonia will be established, if patient had pneumatoceles with exudative lesions of lungs or with pleural lesion.更多还原
