电位滴定法测定食品中游离氨基酸

【摘要】 应用电位滴定法测定食品中游离氨基酸的含量,其仪器设备简单,操作方便,快捷,利用pH的变化确定滴定终点,无需指示剂,不受溶液色泽影响,从而提高了准确度,回收率达95%以上

【Abstract】 The paper described the potential titration method for determining free amino acids in food, the operation is fast and equipment is simple ,Determination of free amino acids by value of pH,variations of pH can be used to ditermine the terminal point of titration without indicator, the main advantage of method is improved resistance to interferece from the colour of solution as well as good sensitive ,the recovery of method is 95%.
