武钢4号高炉两次开炉的比较

【摘要】 武钢4号高炉1998年12月和1999年5月经历了两次封炉和开炉过程,前一次送风恢复花了16个班的时间,后一次开炉吸取了前次开炉成功的做法,制订了具体可靠的方案,用9个班把炉况恢复到正常,为大型高炉开炉积累了有益的经验。

【Abstract】 The No. 4 BF of WISGCO experienced two sealings and blow-ins in December ,1998 and May, 1999 respectively. The former took 16 shifts to restore the normal BF condition, while the latter took only 9 shifts by absorbing some helpful measures of the former.
