【Abstract】 A gas chromatographic method has been developed to determine the content of Tetramine in biological materials. The detection limit of the method is as little as 1 ng of Tetramine with HP-1 or HP-5 quartz capillary column and NPD. The recovery of Tetramine in stomach is 82.8% when benzene is used as the extraction solvent. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.更多还原
