新催化光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)

【摘要】 基于硫酸介质中,抗坏血酸作活化剂,铁(Ⅲ)催经氯酸钾氧化鸡冠花红褪色的反应,建立了催化光度测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的新方法,研究了影响反应速率的最佳条件.线性范围为0~0.15mg/L,检出限为1.0×10-5g/L.应用于天然水及食品中铁的测定,结果满意

【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) is developed. It is based on the catalyzed discoloring reaction of amaranth oxidized by potssium chlorate and ascorbic acid as activator in Sulfuric acid medium.The optimum conditions influencimg the reaction rate were studied.The linear range of determination is 0~0.15mg/L for iron(Ⅲ).The deterction limit is 1.0×10 -5 g/L. The method was appled to determination of iron(Ⅲ) in nature water and food with satisfactory results.
