【摘要】 目的　研究肺癌患者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣｓ） 分泌ＩＬ－４（白细胞介素－４） 的水平，及根治手术对其影响。方法　采用酶联免疫方法测定了４０ 例肺癌手术前、１４ 例肺癌根治手术前后及３０ 例正常对照、１１ 例肺部良性疾病对照者ＩＬ－ ４ 的水平。结果　肺癌组分泌ＩＬ－４ 水平（７－９１８±５－０７１）ｎｇ／Ｌ低于正常对照组（１９－２９７ ±１０－６８５）ｎｇ／Ｌ（ Ｐ＜０－０１），亦低于肺部良性疾病组（１４－０３２±１１－２９７）ｎｇ／Ｌ（ Ｐ＜０－０５） 。根治手术后产生ＩＬ－ ４ 水平明显提高（ ｔ ＝２－２４４，Ｐ＜ ０－０５）。结论　检测ＰＢＭＣｓ 分泌ＩＬ－４ 水平对肺癌的诊断、疗效监测有重要的临床实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4) in patients with lung cancer before and after radical therapy.Methods We simultaneously investigated 40 patients with lung cancer,fourteen of whom underwent radical operation .30 healthy controls and 11 pulmonary benign disorder controls were enrolled for possible confounded factors. IL-4 level produced by stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) was detected by ELISA.Results The levels of IL-4 were significantly lower in lung cancer groups (7 918±5 071)ng/L than those in healthy controls (19 297±10 685)ng/L(P<0 01),and in benign disorder control (14 032±11 297)ng/L(P<0 05). Furthermore ,the activities of IL-4 in postoperative group was obviously increased than those in preoperative one (t=2 244 ,P<0 05).Conclusion It is significant to detect the levels of IL-4 in diagnosis of lung cancer and also in evaluating the therapeutic effect and prognosis.更多还原
