【摘要】 该文报告了应用活体荧光染料伊文蓝（EvansBlue）研究家克实验性动脉粥样硬化（AS）的荧光显微实验方法和结果，经与传统的苏丹Ⅱ染色光镜检查法比较，结果表明本法在AS研究中研究斑块大小、厚度、脂质沉着程度、内皮完整性与坏死程度等客观指标方面均优于苏丹染料法，有些指标苏丹法无法观测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evans Blue Fluorescence(EBF) was applied to the experimental atherosclerosis research inrabbit. The results showed that EBF method was better than Sudan Ⅲ shanining method on thesize of the spots the degree of the thick the degree of the lipoid sedimentution and the necrosis degree of the endothelium upon the expermental atherosclcrosis rescarch.
