【摘要】 目的观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止５～７周及１０～１６周妊娠的疗效和副作用。②方法对１４００例用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止５～７周、１０～１６周妊娠妇女进行回顾性分析。③结果１０～１６周、５～７周妊娠完全流产成功率分别为８３．５％，９５．４％，两组比较差异有极显著性（χ２＝１２．９５６，Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组完全流产后失血量比较差异亦有极显著意义（χ２＝８．６３～５１５．４２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组用药后副作用比较，差异无显著意义（χ２＝１．５６，Ｐ＞０．０５）。④结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止５～７周妊娠的效果虽然优于１０～１６周妊娠，但对后者效果也肯定，且其方法简便、安全、副作用小，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the abortion effect and side effect of MiFe in combination with Miso on ending pregnancy of 5-7 weeks and 10-16 weeks.\ Methods\ A retrospective study of the effect of MiFe in combination with Miso in ending pregnancy of 5-7 weeks and 10-16 weeks in 1400 cases was made.\ Results\ The complete abortion rate of MiFe in combination with Miso in ending pregnancy of 5-7 weeks and 10-16 week were 95.4% and 83.5% respectively, which was significantly different ( χ 2= 12.956 ,P < 0.01 ).The blood loss after abortion in the two groups was significantly different ( χ 2 =8.63- 515.42 , P <0.01). There’s no significant difference in the side effect of MiFe and Miso between the two groups ( χ 2=1.56,P > 0.05 ). Conclusion\ MiFe in combination with Miso had better abortion effect in 5-7 weeks group than in 10-16 weeks group, though it is still a good method for the latter group clinically with its small side effect and its safe and simple application.更多还原
