【摘要】 监测结果显示，１９９８ 年四川省约有 ８ 万血吸虫病感染者，较 １９９７ 年增加 ４７％ ，主要原因是低度流行区感染率上升 １４ 倍。经过 ７ 年干预，全省重、中度流行区范围缩小，病人数下降５７％ ，人群感染度下降６３％ ，牛感染率下降６４％ ，钉螺感染率下降 ８２％ ，达到了项目的总目标。这主要取决于高、中度流行区干预成效，感染率被迅速控制到１０％ 和５％ 以内。而低度流行区干预措施则不能控制传播，与干预前相比，病人上升约 １７ 倍，病牛上升约５ 倍。提示：一旦高、中度流行区化疗覆盖面下降或终止化疗，感染将很快回升；在感染得到有效控制后，必须将控制策略转向阻断传播，才能巩固防治成果更多还原

【Abstract】 The surveillance results showed that the number of infected persons in 1998 reached about 80 thousand which increased by 47% than that in 1997. It was due to, in great extent, the fact that the infection rate in hypo endemic area increased by 140% in 1998. After 7 year’s intervention, the main objectives of World Bank Loan of Control Program has been achieved in hyper and meso endemic areas because of effective measures which resulted in the human infection rate decreased quickly to below 10% or 5% in above areas and the patient number, the infection intensity of population, the infection rate of cattle and snail decreased by 57%, 63%, 64% and 82% respectively. However, the intervention measures in hypo emdemic areas revealed noneffective, and as a result, the infected person and cattle in hypo endemic areas increased by 1700% and 500% than before. It has been suggested by the authors that in order to consolidate the control effect, the control strategy should be put to interruption of transmission, otherwise, once the chemotherapy coverage rate decreased or stopped, the endemic situation would go up rapidly.更多还原
