奶粉中金属元素含量的测定与测定方法探讨

【摘要】 对奶粉中金属元素的含量测定方法进行了探讨，并随机抽取石河子市销售的１１ 种奶粉，测定了８ 种金属元素的含量。其中针对铁、锌和钙的含量对石河子地方产品与名牌产品进行了比较

【Abstract】 The determination method of tantalum in milk powder is probed.Randomly sampled 11 sorts of milk powder from Shihezi city,determinated the amount of 8 kinds of tantalums.According to the amount of Fe,Zn and Ca compared the new brand produced of the region.\;
