【Abstract】 A new mechanism for developing CAD standard database system and method for standard data organization based on ARX (AutoCAD Runtime eXtension) technology were put forward and a corresponding prototype system was developed after analyzing the limitations of the traditional CAD standard database and the priorities of ARX.The developed system which is object oriented and supports client/server architecture improves the sharability, integrity, safety and scalability of the standard data. A further research to develop the engineering database which is based on ARX and supports distributed concurrent work was proposed.更多还原
