【Abstract】 A kind of multi-function concrete platform suitable for off shore marginal oil fields is presented. Style selection andstructrue optimum of the platform are finished. The effects of the constraint conditions on the cost of the platform are analysed. Theapplication conditions of the platform are given. The method of analysis constrains monotonicity and auto-giving the initial value isused in optimum.
