【摘要】 为研究Ｅ－Ｃｄ在下咽癌标本中的表达及其临床意义，应用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ方法，研究了６５例下咽癌手术标本。结果表明，随肿瘤临床分级的升高，Ｅ－Ｃｄ表达下降；随着肿瘤分化程度的降低，Ｅ－Ｃｄ表达下降；Ｅ－Ｃｄ的表达在淋巴结转移组明显低于无淋巴结转移组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示Ｅ－Ｃｄ在下咽癌中具有抑制肿瘤侵袭和转移的作用，可做为下咽癌分化差和癌细胞侵袭、转移的标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the ECd expression and its clinical significance in hypopharyngeal cancer, 65 cases of human hypopharyngeal cancer were observed by immunohistochemical technique-SABC method. The results showed that:(1) Decreased ECd expression correlated with a increased T categorization; (2) Decreased ECd expression correlated with a decreased grade of differentiation; (3) Decreased ECd expression was associated with cervical lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The result indicates that ECd may be a suppressor molecule of invasion and metastasis; It may be used as a marker of the differentiation, invasiveness and metastases of human hypopharyngeal cancer.更多还原
