油田污水的水质改性技术研究

【摘要】 将水质改性剂与O/W型破乳剂结合使用,在室内筛选了新疆油田采油一厂稀油处理站产出污水的水质改性配方,优选水质改性处理配方40余个,处理剂近20种,确定了4种水质改性处理方案,筛选结果表明:(1)可将稀油站污水处理为合格的注入水;(2)处理后的水其水质指标达到SY/T5329-94标准;(3)处理工艺简单,药品品种少,流程改动少

【Abstract】 Water quality modification composition of dilute oil station of the No.1 Oil Recovery Plant of Xinjiang Oilfield was screened in a lab with water quality modifying agent and O/W de-emulsification agent. About 40 compositions and 20 processing agents were used Four schemes of water quality modification were determined. Screen test results showed:(1)It is possible to process the sewage of dilute oil station into the qualified injection water; (2)The water quality index of the processed water reached the standard SY/T5329-94.(3)The processing technology is simple with less kinds of chemicals and less flow chart change.
