【摘要】 目的 研究肺癌BAI与IVI治疗的疗效比较。方法 两组均采用MEP方案:MMC8mg、HPI40mg、DDP60mg,4周1次,共3次。结果 NSCLC患者BAI组,RR64.58％,生存期介于1～54个月,中位数12个月,平均数15±13个月,1年生存率为53.9％,2年生存率为25.0％,3年生存率为9.6％。IVI组RR38.1％,生存期1～37个月,中位数7个月,平均数7.1±8.6个月,1年生存率为20.8％,2年生存率为8.3％,3年生存率为4.2％。SCLC患者BAI与 IVI分别RR100％、66.7％。结论 NSCLC者BAI疗效、生存期、生存率、生活质量均高于IVI组,毒副反应低。但对于SCLC患者,两者无统计学差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study curative effect of lung cancer BAI compare with IVI. Methods Both take the method of MEP:MMC8mg, HP140mg,DDP60mg,4 weeks once,for three times. Results In the cases of NSCLC, the group BAI:RR is 64. 58%,the existent time is between 1-54 months, the middle is 12 months ,the mean was 15±13months ,and the existent rate of the first year, the second year ,the third year is 53. 9% ,25. 0% ,9. 6% in turn.
