【摘要】 本文阐述了我国信息化实施跨越式战略问题，探讨了实施跨越式战略的可能性和必要性，提出了实施跨越式战略对策。

【Abstract】 The paper expounds the probleme of the striding across strategy, probes into possibility and necessity of it, puts forward the countermeasure of it.
